Debugging Tips
Firewall: Ensure the CPE can reach the ACS server on port 80/443.
Connection Request: If the ACS cannot trigger the CPE, check the CPE's Firewall and ensure NAT mapping is correct.
DNS: If using a hostname, ensure the CPE can resolve it.
